Penn State offensive lineman Johnnie Troutman has been charged with DUI, according to court documents obtained by FightOnState.com.
A docket report filed by State College Police Tuesday indicates the 23-year-old was charged with DUI and other offenses following a traffic stop Saturday. The time of the stop was not included on the report.
Troutman was charged with DUI, DUI with a high rate of blood alcohol (between .10 and .16), failure to obey a traffic device and driving without a license.
A preliminary hearing has been set for March 9 in front of Magisterial District Judge Carmine Prestia.
Troutman started 11 of 13 games at left guard for the Nittany Lions in 2010. He will be senior in 2011.
