Anthony Fera had a big homecoming game against Purdue on Saturday, hitting three field goals and two extra points in Penn State's 23-18 victory. The win moved PSU to 6-1 on the year.
Fera's leg split the uprights from 49 yards and 29 yards on two occasions. What made it more impressive was his accuracy despite the swirling wins that hit gusts topping 50 miles per hour.
Aside from field goals, Fera also managed punting duties, with three boots including a 69-yard kick that was downed on the 2-yard line with 2:36 remaining.
As of this article, Fera was also in the running for the Fight On State Player of the Game honor for the same Purdue performance.
