The towering defensive end from Harrisburg announces for the Nittany Lions while in Happy Valley.

Harrisburg, Pa., defensive end Evan Schwan is the only recruit visiting Penn State this weekend. The personal touch by the Nittany Lions must have worked, as Schwan committed to PSU while in Happy Valley.

He informed Scout.com's Bob Lichtenfels of the commit via text.

We will have more when we have a chance to talk to Schwan.
