Sheldon Jeter to Vanderbilt!

Vanderbilt just gained another player for the 2012-13 season. Small forward Sheldon Jeter, a two star prospect per Scout.com but rated a 3-stars by at least two other recruiting services, has committed to the Nashville school.

The 6-foot-7 player announced his decision on Twitter on Thursday night.

The athletic leaper also had South Carolina, Penn State and Wisconsin among his finalist in addition to Vandy. An April 15th visit to Music City likely played a key role in Kevin Stallings and his staff winning the services of the talented Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania native.
