The Philadelphia standout received an offer from PSU Saturday. He wasted little time committing. He announced his decision on Facebook.

Upon receiving an offer from Penn State following the Nittany Lions' Advanced Skills Camp Saturday, Philadelphia wideout Will Fuller said he could not wait to post the news on Facebook.

Apparently he couldn't wait very long to commit to the Nittany Lions either. He announced for PSU Tuesday via — you guessed it — Facebook.

He is the 10th member of Penn State's Class of 2013.
