Robinson Named to Biletnikoff Watch List

Penn State wide receiver Allen Robinson is named to the Biletnikoff Award Watch List after a fast start to his sophomore season.

With 24 catches for 322 yards and four touchdowns through three games this season, Allen Robinson currently leads the Big Ten and ranks 10th in the nation with eight receptions and 107.33 yards per game. For his efforts the sophomore has been named to the Biletnikoff Award Watch List honoring the nation's best receiver.

In fact, through three games Robinson is currently at the halfway point of Penn State's sophomore receiver record of most catches in a season of 48 receptions reached by both Bobby Engram in 1993 and Deon Butler in 2006.

Robinson currently leads the Big Ten in receptions per game, receiving yards per game and is tied for third in touchdown scoring.

The inaugural Biletnikoff Award was awarded to Bobby Engram in 1994.
