Down 11 points at halftime, true freshman Sam Dekker led the second-half resurgence, scoring a career-high 19 points to lead Wisconsin past Arkansas, 77-70, in the third-place game of the Las Vegas Invitational.

UW also went 18-for-23 (.783) from the free throw stripe in the second half, while shooting 6-for-10 (.600) from beyond the arc ... Senior Ryan Evans finished with 12 points, adding 7 rebounds and a pair of assists. Evans has scored in double-figures 35 times in his career ... Senior Mike Bruesewitz and sophomore Traevon Jackson finished with 11 points apiece. The duo combined to go 14-for-17 (.824) from the free throw line in the win ... Senior Jared Berggren flirted with his first career double-double, tallying 10 points and 9 rebounds. Berggren also added 4 blocks and 3 assists.
