Notes and tidbits from the Lady Raiders sixth-straight win on Wednesday night against the Fighting Illini

-       Texas Tech defeated Illinois 75-56 on Wednesday night inside the United Spirit Arena, marking the second-straight season the Lady Raiders have beaten the Fighting Illini, winning 70-64 in 2011

-       Lady Raiders improve to 7-1 overall while the Fighting Illini fall to 4-4 in the 2012 season

-       Game Attendance: 6,198

-       Tech had four different players reach double-digits in scoring, Chynna Brown (21), Kelsi Baker (16), Christine Hyde (12) and Casey Morris (11), marking the third game this season the Lady Raiders have done that

-       Lady Raiders have now had three or more players reach 10 or more points in six of their seven games this season

-       Brown's 21-point performance fell just one point shy of tying her career-high of 22 points, which was set on January 11, 2011 against Missouri

-       Baker's 16 points marked a career-high for the junior from Mesquite, Texas, as she surpassed her previous high of 14 points, which was set back on November 27, 2011 against Louisiana Monroe

-       Morris' 11-point performance marked the fifth-straight game where she has reached double-digits in scoring

-       Karisma Penn led the Fighting Illini in scoring for the second-straight season against Tech with 18 points this go-around

-       Tech outrebounded Illinois 43-31 and the Lady Raiders finished shooting 45.8% from the field while the Fighting Illini finished shooting 36.7%

-       The Lady Raiders now have an 11-day break before their next game against Northern Colorado on December 16 with first tip set for 2 p.m.
