Lineman A.Q. Shipley has been one of the most-talked about Penn State football players this off-season. With question marks on the offensive and defensive fronts, many wonder where the talented redshirt freshman will land when preseason workouts start in a couple of weeks. Shipley isn't wondering, though. See what he had to say about that topic and more in our latest FOS video.

Shipley was one of the many members of the Penn State football team who participated in the Lift For Life July 15. After he pushed himself through the event, then spent some time visiting with family and friends (and signing autographs for fans), Shipley took a few minutes to talk to us.
