Kinlaw Injury Update

Kinlaw Injury Update

Good news for Penn State's redshirt sophomore running back.

Wednesday afternoon, Penn State assistant athletic director Jeff Nelson confirmed a story we broke Tuesday night.

Nelson said Rodney Kinlaw sustained an injury to his right knee in practice Tuesday. He added it was not a tear and Kinlaw will not require surgery.

Kinlaw will be out of action for two weeks.

Kinlaw sustained a torn ACL in the same knee as a true freshman in 2003, causing him to redshirt.
