Chris Bell of Granby High in Virginia was one of the top receivers at the Scout.com Combines this year, and now he is an Army All-American.

The classic East vs. West match-up will be played and televised live on NBC January 7th at 1:00 p.m. (EST) and will feature the top 78 prep football student-athletes in the country.

Chris Bell measured 6-3 and 203 pounds and clocked a blazing fast 4.56 forty at the very first Scout.com Combine held in Durham, N.C. in April of this year. Maybe even more impressive was the quickness he showed in his agility drills including4.15 short shuttle.

Bell's good work at the combine and on the football field paid off with a lofty #5 Ranking from Scout.com and a selection to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

"Bell is the prototype new age receiver, a big bodied kid who can fly. He is a polished receiver with tremendous ball skills, he uses his body well to shield would be defenders from making a play on the ball. His size and strength should make him a formidable red zone threat," according to Miller Safrit, East Scout for Scout.com.

Bell has already made his college selection and will play for Penn State on the next level.

Scout.com is an official selection partner of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
