Penn State's medical staff has cleared both Anthony Morelli and Daryll Clark to play in Saturday's homecoming game against Illinois. Get an update here.

Quarterbacks Anthony Morelli and Daryll Clark have both been cleared by the Penn State medical staff to play in Saturday's 87th homecoming game against Illinois.

Both quarterbacks suffered "mild concussions" against Michigan last week and have been taking light reps in practice while being continually observered and tested by PSU's medical staff. Neither practiced on Monday and both returned to limited reps on Tuesday's practice.

Morelli has started each of Penn State's seven games this season. This Saturday's homecoming game is at 12:00 p.m. and is anticipated to have a crowd upwards of 109,000 fans in attendance.
