With Penn State in the thick of several high-profile recruiting battles, Scout has the Nittany Lions currently ranked with the No. 19 recruiting class, but the system behind these rankings is not a fair one.

With the Big Ten bowls just about wrapped up, with only Ohio State left, take a look at which teams have consistently held up there ends of the bowl bargain for the Big Ten and which teams simply let the conference down consistently.
