Joe Kedra was quoted in one report last month as favoring North Carolina.
"I don't really have a favorite right now," Joe said, "but Penn State and North Carolina are the top 2. Notre Dame is starting to come into it a little bit now."
The Fighting Irish have not yet offered Kedra a scholarship.
"They're going to offer me as soon as my transcripts go through their admissions. They basically verbally offered me."
Joe has an impressive number of offers.
"I have 25 offers and with Notre Dame it would be 26."
Joe's teammate, quarterback Nick Cangelosi already verballed to North Carolina and would obviously like Kedra to join him.
"He just says it would be nice to continue our careers together, but like I said to him, if that's the better school for you then good, but I don't know if that's the school for me. I'm going to go where I'm going to go."
Kedra is unsure when he will be ready to make a final decision.
"I would like to make my decision before the end of the season, because I don't want it to drag out real long. But, if I'm not sure about where I want to go, I'm not going to jump at anything.
"I'm not really sure if I'll take all of my visits. I was thinking about it, but if I know where I want to go, there's really no sense in wasting my time and other people's time."
