Newest Nittany Lion Discusses Decision

Wilmington, Del., defensive end Devon Still made his college decision Wednesday afternoon in front of friends and family at Howard High School of Technology. The 6-foot-6, 265-pounder Still had narrowed things down to Penn State and Ohio State for the past few months.
