John Peter Karoly, Austin Scott's attorney, spoke to the media today after his client was bound over for trial on felony charges. Scott was bound over on charges of rape and aggravated assault in connection to an alleged on-campus incident early in the morning Oct. 5. Charges of indecent assault were dropped. District Judge Daniel Hoffman handled the hearing.
