Penn State's all-time leading tackler, Dan Connor, managed another take-down this week, as Nittany Lion fans named him their Defensive MVP for the 2007 season.

As Penn State's all time leading tackler, Dan Connor's 2007 performance received some major recognition by Nittany Nation fans who voted him as their Defensive MVP for the 2007 season in overwhelming fashion.

Connor pulled down 136 tackles which led the Big Ten conference. He also grabbed 6.5 sacks and one interception this season. The senior captain broke Penn State's all-time tackle mark held by Paul Posluszny and was named a first-team All-Big Ten selection.

Connor is also a finalist for both the Butkus and Bednarik Awards. Here is how the voting broke down:

Sean Lee: 16%
Maurice Evans: 14%
Justin King: 1%
Anthony Scirrotto: 0%
