PSU's staff continues to focused on the Class of 2009, extending several more offers to prospects around the country. Check FOS' Offer Board to see who PSU is targeting at each position.

The Penn State coaching staff continues to focus on the Class of 2009, extending a variety of offers to prospects for California to Massachusetts. See where the Nittany Lion coaches are focusing their early efforts with Class of 2009 prospects.

State of Affairs

With upwards of 43 offers extended, the Penn State coaches are targeting prospects from around the nation. To date, about 23 percent of their offers have gone to Pennsylvanian prospects. If you add in other traditional recruiting areas like New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia, that number increases to 59 percent of the total current offers. About 18 percent of the PSU offers have gone to prospects in "non-traditional" PSU recruiting regions like Arizona, California, Florida, Iowa, Tennessee and the Carolinas.

Here is a state-by-state breakdown of the PSU offer board, including committed prospects:

Decisions Made

Of the 36 known prospects with Penn State offers some prospects have made pledges to a program, with none selecting the Nittany Lions so far.
