Penn State landed its first verbal commitment for the Class of 2009 recently when North Carolina offensive lineman Ty Howle. Howle committed Monday just after wrapping up a visit to Penn State. "I told Coach [Larry] Johnson around 2 o'clock," Howle said. Stay tuned for more on Howle shortly. |
