Nearly 100 Penn State football players participated in the recent Uplifting Athletes' Lift For Life Challenge at Holuba Hall. But Jerome Hayes was not one of them.
The Nittany Lion junior wanted to take part. But he is just finishing up his rehab after sustaining a torn right ACL in the Wisconsin game last season, and the training staff forbid him from competing at LFL.
But he showed up to cheer on his teammates and sign autographs for fans. He also took a few minutes to do a Q&A session with us.
