MADISON, Wis. — Penn State's Derrick Williams got off to a slow start here against Wisconsin Saturday night, muffing a punt and dropping what appeared to be a certain touchdown catch.

But he made up for it later. Williams' big night included a 63-yard punt return for a touchdown that helped break open the game. He also led the team with four catches for 26 yards.
