Mark Rubin had a career effort in Penn State's win over Ohio State in Columbus. The Nittany Nation thanked him in style, naming him the FOS Player of the Game.

Penn State strong safety Mark Rubin had a monster game against Ohio State with 11 tackles. However, it was his forced fumble on Terrelle Pryor, which led to the game's lone touchdown, that catapulted him onto the national scene.

Nittany Nation fans showed their appreciation to Rubin in style by voting him their Player of the Game for the Ohio State victory, beating out Daryll Clark, Pat Devlin, Evan Royster and Navorro Bowman.

Here is how the voting broke down:

Rubin: 64%
Bowman: 28%
Devlin: 5%
Royster: 2%
Clark: 1%

The Fight On State Player of the Game honor is the FIRST and ONLY award given to Penn State players by Nittany Nation fans. Voting is conducted exclusively at after every Penn State football game.
