The Penn State quarterback talks about the Nittany Lions' tough loss to USC in the Rose Bowl.

PASADENA, Calif. — Penn State lost to USC 38-24 in the Rose Bowl here Thursday. But it was not due to a lack of effort by Nittany Lion quarterback Daryll Clark.

Clark threw for a PSU bowl record 273 yards and two touchdowns and ran for a third score.
