It's been a long road for Justin Brown, who for months was trying to decide between Rutgers and Penn State. Well, finally, on Letter of Intent Day, the 6-foot-3, 210 pound four-star wideout prospect with 4.45-40 yard speed selected the Nittany Lions.

Brown finished his senior season with 27 catches for 500 yards and 10 touchdowns. A first-team All-State section at both defensive back and wide receiver, Brown is expected to get an early look at wideout when he arrives in Happy Valley.
