Lions' Haul Continues With Jones

New York lineman is the latest top prospect to pick Penn State. His local paper announced the commitment Saturday.

Penn State added its second commitment in two days Saturday when New York lineman DaQuan Jones picked the Nittany Lions.

The story broke on the newspaper website pressconnects.com out of Binghamton, N.Y. Jones stars as a two-way lineman at nearby Johnson City High.

According to the site, Jones told the Penn State coaches of his decision while attending the program's senior-only camp Saturday.

He is the 10th player to commit to the Lions for the Class of 2010.

Jones is rated as a four-star defensive lineman by Scout.com. He is 6-foot-4 and weighs 300 pounds.
