Penn State senior linebacker and team captain Sean Lee has missed the past three games with a sprained left knee. He returned to practice in a limited role Monday.
Tuesday, he talked to the media about his injury an was asked whether he'll play against Minnesota Saturday.
“If I keep progressing and keep feeling good, I’ll be ready to go come Saturday," Lee said. "With how I felt yesterday, it looks like that is going to be the case.”
PSU head coach Joe Paterno said he will err on the side of caution with Lee and does not want to play him if he is not 100 percent. He said doctors will make the final determination on whether Lee will play.
