Nittany Lions Pull in Pullium

FightOnState.com's Cory James reports that the Erie, Pa., defensive back committed to Penn State Monday.

Shyquawn Pullium, a defensive back from Erie (Pa.) Cathedral Prep, has pledged to Penn State according to FightOnState.com's Cory James.

"I committed to Penn State Monday," Pullium told James.

He is the 19th member of the Nittany Lions' Class of 2010 and is expected to sign a letter of intent with PSU next Wednesday.

Pullium said he is still not sure if he will enroll at Penn State this summer or spend a year at Kiski Prep. That decision will be made after the 2009-10 school year.

"I'm just going to finish out strong," he said.
