OVERALL: Great job from top to bottom in this one. Penn State's biggest win since 1994.
Grade: A+
OFFENSE: Penn State did not dominate. But the key was limiting turnovers against a terrific defense, and the Lions had zero.
Grade: A
DEFENSE: Joe Paterno put the game in the hands of his defense in the second half, and Tom Bradley's troops responded.
Grade: A
SPECIAL TEAMS: Not sure what was up with Kapinos. To State's credit, however, the Bucks did not break anything big.
Grade: B
COACHING: This group sure got smart in a hurry, huh?
Grade: A
INTANGIBLES: OSU players talked a good game during the week. PSU players did their talking on the field.
Grade: A
OTHER GUYS: Still not sure why Tressel went away from the run in the second half. But hey, who's complaining?
Grade: B
OFFICIALS: A few calls seemed dicey at first. But overall a good game.
Grade: B
CROWD: Thanks to the students, Beaver Stadium was rocking an hour and a half before kickoff. Despite the rain, the crowd of 109,839 was the second largest in stadium history (behind 110,000 plus for Nebraska in 2002).
