Pennsylvania receiver is the 15th player to commit for the Nittany Lions' Class of 2009. He alerted FightOnState.com's Cory James of the decision Friday. Penn State football fans have more than our nation's independence to celebrate this July 4. On Friday, Pennsylvania receiver Christian Kuntz announced he had committed to the Nittany Lions.
