The Nittany Lions pulled linebacker Brandon Short, a force for Penn State before moving onto the NFL, from the WPIAL school. Last year, talented linebacker Dontey Brown chose to spend his college career at Happy Valley. There is another talented blue chipper on the rise in McKeesport. Is Penn State in the mix?
