Penn State fans and Pennsylvania high school football fans have been feverishly trying to find out what schools are recruiting PIAA Class AAA sprint champion Da`Rel Scott. Scout.com caught up with the talented athlete recently and the freshly minted champion gave us an update on his recruitment.
