Standout cornerback from Maryland decommits from Ohio State and gives a verbal to Penn State. He is the fourth member of the Lions' Class of 2009, joining high school teammate Malcolm Willis.

Four-star defensive back Darrell Givens has decommitted from Ohio State and given a verbal pledge to Penn State. He told FightOnState.com's Cory James of the situation at the Penn State Nike Camp Saturday.

Givens hails from Lackey High in Indian Head, Md. He is a high school teammate of Malcolm Willis, who committed to the Nittany Lions several weeks ago.
