One of the top class of 2011 receivers to camp at Rutgers last month was Robinson High's (Tampa) Frankie Williams, who was hoping for an offer from the Scarlet Knights. A month has passed, and the 5-foot-10, 175-pound Williams gave ScarletReport.com an update on what is transpiring with the Scarlet Knights.
