| Devlin has nice touch on his passes. He has a live arm, and his drops and mechanics are perfect. You can tell he is well coached. He is very mobile and has great pocket presence.

| Devlin earned first team Class AAAA Associated press All-State honors and was selected as the Class AAAA Player of the Year by the Associated Press.
He also earned first team Philadelphia Inquirer All-Southeastern PA and was selected as its Player of the Year. Devlin was selected to the Pennsylvania Big 33 team.
Final JR (8-2) stats: 2100 yds passing and 21 TDs
Devlin: "I'm a real hard worker and I prepare well before I've got a game. I watch a lot of film on other teams. My footwork is great and I move around in the pocket well, and I also escape tacklers well too. I really want to work on gaining a better knowledge of the game, and I want to learn more about defensive formations. I could also work on improving my arm strength and footwork too."
