Tough, “in the box” linebacker with a solid game. Displays a good head for the ball in run defense and quickly recognizes pass plays. Explosive moving up the field, flows to the action and effectively uses his hands to protect himself. Efficient, takes good angles to the play and redirects to ball handlers. Can run with tight ends down field..

Neg:

Not a flashy defender who plays with a lot of suddenness. Controlled at the point of attack by fullbacks. Lacks speed to the sidelines. Lack of height creates problems against tall tight ends in coverage.
