| As a senior, he rushed for 850 yards, 19 touchdowns and registered 50 tackles and six interceptions on the defensive side of the ball. Astorino was named first team Class AAA All-State by the Associated-Press and was named Player of the Year. He was named to the Harrisburg Patriot-News "Platinum 33" team.
As a junior, Astorino rushed for over 1100 yards, scoring 29 touchdowns and had seven interceptions on the way to being named District Player of the Year and 1st Team All-State as an all-purpose back.
